Delete your account

Last updated 9 October 2026

You can delete your TILT account and everything stored with it. There are two ways, and the first is immediate.

In the app

Open Settings and choose Delete account. It takes effect straight away and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can no longer reach the app — you have changed phone, or lost access to the sign-in you used — write to support@codecrox.com from the email address on the account, asking for it to be deleted. We will confirm when it is done. Allow up to 30 days, though it is usually the same week.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, and every score, time and statistic on it.
  • Your entry on the world leaderboard.
  • Your display name, which is released for anyone else to claim.
  • Your coin balance and unlocked themes.
  • Your sign-in record, including your email address.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is kept. Deletion removes the account and its data outright rather than marking it inactive. Routine infrastructure backups may hold a copy for a short period before they expire on their own; nothing is read from them.

Playing afterwards

You can keep playing. The game creates a fresh anonymous account so it still works, starting from nothing — the deleted account is not recoverable, and signing in again creates a new one.
